Why do we waste our resources?
That is the question. Is it
because some people already expect so much from life? Is it because we are careless? Is it because our population is growing?
Most people who waste natural resources have enough money to know
where their next meal is coming from, etc.
They expect so much, so they waste.
The only people who really know how to treasure resources are those who
lack it. At school, we are helping people
in rural Zambia by raising money. They
lack access to clean water, when we got them a 2 wheeled tractor, they were so
happy. If we gave a 2 wheeled tractor to
a rich American farmer, they wouldn’t be too happy because they can buy it for
themselves.
